Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client needs across diverse industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process: from job requisition to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at top Seattle companies
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting platforms effectively
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews with precision and professionalism
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and close placements
- Track key metrics and report on recruitment pipeline performance
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting/staffing experience (agency or corporate)
- Proven track record of filling technical, healthcare, or finance roles
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid Washington State driver's license for occasional client meetings
