Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for immediate staffing needs in San Antonio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring requirements
- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-job fit
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to placement
- Utilize ATS platforms and social media for proactive talent acquisition

Qualifications
