Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings within 24-48 hours
- Conduct high-volume interviews and technical assessments for diverse industry roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including offer negotiations and onboarding
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events to build talent pipelines
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven ability to fill urgent roles within tight deadlines
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Results-driven mindset with track record of meeting KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid CA driver's license for occasional client site visits
