Responsibilities
- Source and engage technical candidates across engineering, data science, and product design roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviewing, and closing high-demand positions
- Build and maintain relationships with 20+ tech clients in SF Bay Area
- Execute targeted recruitment strategies across LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Utilize ATS tools to track metrics and optimize recruitment funnels
- Collaborate with team to develop market insights and competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Bay Area tech sector
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements quarterly
- Deep understanding of SF tech ecosystem and compensation benchmarks
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates for senior-level roles
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
