Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client assignments in tech, healthcare, and finance
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match talent with organizational culture
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to placement
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication
- Utilize ATS systems and social platforms for proactive talent acquisition
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in recruitment databases
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Deep understanding of Tampa's talent landscape and key industries
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- Relevant certification (CPC, CSPS) preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license with reliable transportation
