Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in diverse industry roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across key sectors
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and optimize hiring pipelines
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs
- Expertise in candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, Boolean, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
