Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions in tech, healthcare, and finance
- Conduct detailed candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Manage applicant tracking system and update candidate pipelines
- Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview logistics
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends and compensation benchmarks
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting/staffing experience preferred
- Proven ability to source passive candidates through LinkedIn and job boards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Authorization to work in the United States
