Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse part-time roles in retail, healthcare, administrative, and light industrial sectors
- Conduct engaging phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive networking and digital outreach
- Collaborate with client companies to understand staffing needs and match top talent to opportunities
- Manage candidate onboarding processes and ensure smooth placement transitions
- Leverage applicant tracking systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a candidate-first mindset
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational abilities with demonstrated attention to detail in documentation
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
