Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for part-time positions across healthcare, hospitality, and administrative sectors
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS system and ensure timely follow-ups
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates and provide ongoing support
- Market agency services through networking events and digital outreach
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting/staffing experience or related HR background
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with active listening abilities
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in candidate matching
- Knowledge of Albuquerque's job market and local business landscape
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote-capable role
