Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting/staffing experience or relevant customer service background
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with professional demeanor
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for local meetings
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams
