Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for part-time positions using job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct detailed interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client companies
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to placement
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and pipeline
- Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and position requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders throughout the recruitment journey
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of recruiting or staffing agency experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
