Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for various open positions.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new temporary and permanent placements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure high satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends and workforce needs within the North Carolina region.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a staffing agency, recruitment, or HR administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software is highly desirable.
- Reliable internet access and a quiet workspace for remote coordination tasks.
