Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles using advanced recruitment strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including interview scheduling and candidate assessment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media platforms for talent identification
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and skill demands
- Facilitate onboarding processes for successful placements
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to optimize recruitment campaigns
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid New York State driver's license (for occasional client meetings)
- Familiarity with NYC's diverse talent markets and industries
