Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for temporary and part-time positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and job seekers
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate hiring processes
- Update and manage applicant tracking systems with candidate information
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new placements
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to meet client staffing needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of staffing or recruiting experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid Illinois driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings
