Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary, contract, and part-time positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate job postings, applications, and interview scheduling through our ATS
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and hiring managers
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to fill high-priority roles efficiently
- Update candidate profiles and job requisitions in real-time
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment or staffing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week, including occasional evenings
- Virginia Beach residency strongly preferred
