- Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-permanent positions
- Build and maintain relationships with Dallas-area hiring managers and candidates
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS systems like Bullhorn or Greenhouse
- Conduct market research to identify staffing trends in Dallas's key sectors
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new placements
- Generate weekly performance reports for agency leadership
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in Dallas market
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for candidate interviews
