Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for part-time positions in healthcare, retail, logistics, and administrative sectors
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and skills assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs and market trends
- Manage candidate pipelines through our ATS, ensuring timely communication and documentation
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates and conduct post-placement follow-ups
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new client opportunities and staffing solutions
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations and company quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree in HR or related field preferred
- 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and clients
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
