Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screens and resume reviews for incoming applicants to assess qualifications.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers using the company calendar.
- Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date candidate data.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork is completed.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding open roles and candidate availability.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or administrative support is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings.
