Responsibilities
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Maintain accurate candidate data, screen resumes, and ensure all pipelines are up-to-date.
- Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, send calendar invites, and prepare interview packets.
- Candidate Communication: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications and provide exceptional customer service to candidates.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process, including background checks, document collection, and orientation scheduling.
- Client Relationship Management: Build rapport with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide weekly updates on candidate progress.
- Market Research: Identify emerging talent pools and industry trends to support recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator, administrative, or staffing role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Organization: Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicting deadlines effectively.
- Residency: Must be a resident of San Francisco, CA.
