Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates for various temporary and direct-hire positions using advanced search techniques.
- Conducting effective phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and culture alignment.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of talent to meet client demands for the weekend.
- Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications via email and phone.
- Collaborating with account managers to understand client requirements and staffing needs.
- Accurately updating candidate data and status in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Representing Apex Talent Solutions at local job fairs and community events.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or HR is a plus.
