Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels (job boards, networking, referrals) to identify skilled professionals for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and soft skills.
- Placement Management: Coordinate with hiring managers to match talent with open roles and facilitate onboarding.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage payroll documentation.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand their staffing needs.
- Compliance: Ensure all placement activities adhere to local and federal labor laws.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and deadlines simultaneously.
- Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR is a plus.
