Responsibilities

  • Source & Screen: Utilize job boards and networking to identify qualified candidates for weekend shifts and submit top-tier profiles to hiring managers.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule temporary staff for weekend assignments, ensuring coverage and minimizing gaps.
  • Interviewing: Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, availability, and cultural fit.
  • Admin Support: Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and handle payroll documentation for weekend staff.

Qualifications
