Responsibilities
- Recruit and interview candidates for weekend shift positions across Tampa Bay's healthcare, hospitality, and logistics sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to understand weekend staffing needs
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during weekend hours (Saturday/Sunday)
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems to track candidate pipelines and job requisitions
- Collaborate with branch teams to ensure seamless weekend coverage and service delivery
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates for weekend roles
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with weekend shift availability
- Proven track record placing candidates in weekend/hospitality/healthcare roles
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment techniques
- Strong knowledge of Tampa's labor market and weekend employment landscape
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage candidates during non-traditional hours
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
