Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for weekend-specific roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of qualified professionals available for weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
- Conduct orientation and onboarding for temporary staff to ensure seamless integration.
- Track candidate metrics and provide weekly reports on recruitment activities.
- Foster positive relationships with both clients and temporary workers to ensure high satisfaction rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources.
- Mandatory availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is a plus.
