Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive phone screenings and in-person interviews for weekend shift candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate schedules for weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate candidate data.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and job seekers.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.
