Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and industry standards.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure high-speed application performance and scalability.
- Collaboration: Partner with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to integrate APIs and deliver seamless user experiences.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to ensure system stability and reliability.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance during code reviews.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience in full-stack environments.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
