Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and headhunting to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent using various social media platforms and professional networks.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative recruitment strategies and improve hiring metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
