Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various open positions in the Albuquerque area.
- Manage and maintain candidate pipelines within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local industries, including healthcare, construction, and administrative sectors.
- Assist in the onboarding process and candidate orientation sessions.
- Post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is preferred but not required for high-potential candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workable).
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is a plus.
