Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Managing applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate pipelines
- Conducting preliminary interviews and skills assessments
- Coordinating interview schedules between clients and candidates
- Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers
- Developing job descriptions and posting on multiple platforms
- Tracking recruitment metrics and reporting weekly
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing experience
- Proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Knowledge of NYC job market and industry trends
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
