Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future open positions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and match the right talent.
- Update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (preferred but not required for the right attitude).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
