Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and review resumes to identify top talent.
- Coordinate interview schedules, logistics, and follow-up communications.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage candidate pipelines and track job orders.
- Build a strong network of potential candidates through social media and professional networking.
- Assist in onboarding processes and candidate orientation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus).
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
