Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for current and future openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from submission to onboarding.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain data accuracy.
- Conduct market research to identify salary trends and competitive advantages for our clients.
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates and clients through exceptional communication.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the San Jose/Silicon Valley tech market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to travel occasionally for on-site interviews or networking events.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business is a plus.
