Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Conduct proactive outreach and screen candidates for various open positions across the Omaha metro area.
- Interviewing: Perform initial phone screens and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their unique staffing needs.
- Placement: Facilitate the placement of candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is a plus (entry-level candidates with high energy are welcome).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
- Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with recruiting software is preferred.
- Location: Must reside in or near Omaha, Nebraska.
