Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive screening interviews and phone screens for a diverse range of temporary and contract positions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement.
- Post job descriptions across multiple platforms and social media channels to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and direct outreach.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and company culture.
- Coordinate interview schedules, prepare candidate feedback, and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a significant plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
