Responsibilities
- Screen Resumes: Review incoming applications and resumes to identify top talent for open positions.
- Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Market Expansion: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses in Fresno to understand their hiring needs and expand our agency network.
- Job Postings: Manage and optimize job postings on various platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
- Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into their roles.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings or weekends as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
