Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify and source qualified candidates for open requisitions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential talent within the Mesa area.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to update candidate status and track placements.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to develop effective sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
