Responsibilities
- Screen & Interview: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs.
- Job Posting: Manage job boards, LinkedIn, and company career pages to attract high-quality applicants.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accurate records for future placements.
- Market Analysis: Stay current on market trends and salary benchmarks in the Charlotte area.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple candidates and deadlines simultaneously.
- ATS Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) is a plus.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual who requires minimal supervision.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends or evenings based on client needs.
