Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across diverse industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Utilize ATS platforms and social media to build robust talent pipelines
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic recruitment insights
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in recruitment systems
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment workflows and KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in IT/software development roles
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche job boards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification a plus
