Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across digital platforms and professional networks
- Manage client relationships to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess cultural fit for senior-level positions
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal placement quotas

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven success in placing technical, clinical, or executive-level candidates
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven recruitment approach
- SHRM-SCP or CTP certification preferred
- Valid Indiana driver's license with reliable transportation
