Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for key client accounts across Illinois and the Midwest.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, social networking) to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving business needs.
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within the staffing or human resources sector.
- Proven track record of successfully placing high-quality candidates in technical and professional roles.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
