Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to match candidates with client needs
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) pipeline with 95% data accuracy
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across Denver-based companies
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed market analysis
- Facilitate interview logistics and provide feedback to all parties
Qualifications
- 2+ years in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition (agency experience preferred)
- Expert knowledge of Denver's job market and industry trends
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport instantly
- Strong analytical skills for candidate evaluation and market research
- Certification in HR or recruiting (SHRM-CP, CTS) a plus
- Proven ability to meet KPIs: 15+ placements/month, 90% client satisfaction
- Available 25 hours/week with flexibility during business hours
