Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and professional networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage and update candidate databases in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools with precision.
- Coordinate interview schedules, prepare interview agendas, and facilitate logistics for clients and candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and refine job descriptions.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new placements to ensure a smooth transition for all parties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing coordination, or human resources is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, polished demeanor.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for local networking events.
