Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough screening of incoming resumes and applications to identify top candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage and maintain candidate pipelines within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Perform market research to identify active and passive talent sources in San Diego.
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Update job postings and maintain the careers page on our website.
- Communicate effectively with candidates regarding job status and feedback.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong proficiency with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for client visits (optional but preferred).
- Knowledge of the San Diego job market and local industries is a plus.
