Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview potential job candidates for various open positions within our client network.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent using various sourcing channels.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Assist in the onboarding process and provide timely follow-up to candidates.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to manage candidate data and track progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market insights to advise candidates effectively.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and job requirements.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales (preferred but not required for high performers).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven "hunter" mentality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
