Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including social media, networking, and job boards.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Update candidate information accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or staffing is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation.
- Knowledge of the Long Beach job market and local industries is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
