Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events to identify passive and active candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Candidate Management: Maintain a robust pipeline in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Market Intelligence: Research market trends in the Chicago area to advise candidates on salary expectations and industry shifts.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for placed candidates to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional tone.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently without daily supervision.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
