Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including social media, networking, and job boards.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules and prepare candidate packets for onsite interviews.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide feedback to candidates regarding their application status in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional client meetings).
