Responsibilities
- Source & Screen: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates for our diverse client base in Sacramento.
- Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Interviewing: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Placement Management: Facilitate the interview process, coordinate scheduling, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for successful placements.
- Admin Support: Maintain accurate candidate and client records within our CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks within the Sacramento region.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is highly preferred; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
