- Build and maintain relationships with local job seekers
- Assist with job posting optimization across digital platforms
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years in customer service, sales, or recruitment support
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional client meetings)
