Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client hiring needs and market trends.
- Provide exceptional feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Availability to work approximately 20-25 hours per week.
